Lajwab Restaurant

Lajwab Restaurant is part of Hotel Lajwab on Ajmer Road in Jaipur. We are out near Bhankrota, right on the Ajmer Highway. It’s a busy spot because of all the trucks and cars heading out of the city. You can find us right opposite the HP Petrol Pump. That’s usually how we tell people to find us when they call for directions. The address is 302006. We’ve been operating here for some time now. It’s a practical place for people who are traveling or living around the Bhankrota area. The highway life is fast, but inside the restaurant, we try to keep things steady. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We are just a highway restaurant where you can get a decent meal. The kitchen stays busy because of the hotel guests and the people stopping for petrol across the street. We just do the work and keep the floors swept. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s loud with the sound of the highway. We’ve got a staff that knows the regulars by name. It’s just a normal restaurant on a long road. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to make sure the food is ready when someone walks in hungry. It’s a basic setup that works for us and the people who visit. The highway keeps us busy most days and we just keep going. It's an honest living for all of us here.
