La Mystique

Running La Mystique over here in Vaishali Nagar keeps us pretty busy. We are located in the Budaniya complex, right on Gautam Marg, so there is always something going on outside. Being opposite the Inox means we see a lot of people heading to the movies, especially on the weekends. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we spend a good amount of time just trying to stay cool inside while we work. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve tried to make it comfortable enough for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the parking out front is a total mess, which is annoying for everyone, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporate chain with a million rules. It’s mostly just us trying to get things right and making sure nobody leaves unhappy. We’ve had the same few people working here for a long time, so we all know how the lights flicker if you turn the back switch too fast. Little things like that make the place feel like ours. We don’t spend money on big posters or fancy lights. Most of the people who come in are locals who live nearby and just want something reliable. It feels good when someone recognizes you at the grocery store later. We just try to show up every morning, open the locks, and see how the day goes. It’s a simple way to live, really.
