You can find Karim over on Parivahan Marg, at Plot No. 15-A. We are right in the C Scheme part of Jaipur, which is usually a busy area. We are quite close to the Civil lines Railway Crossing, so you might hear the trains every now and then. It is a decent spot for a restaurant, and we have been here for a while now. We don't really go in for those big marketing campaigns. We just open the doors and let people come in. The kitchen is always moving, and we try to keep things as honest as possible. Jaipur is a big city with lots of tourists, but we get plenty of locals too. It is just a regular place to eat. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food and serve it. The staff is mostly local folks who know the C Scheme area well. If you are near the railway crossing, you are basically right there. We keep the place clean, the lights on, and the stove going. Some days are busier than others, especially when there is a lot of traffic on Parivahan Marg. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a practical setup, nothing more and nothing less. We are happy to be part of the Jaipur food scene without making a big fuss about it. Just a small team doing their job every day. It is just a normal Jaipur day here at Plot No. 15-A, and we are just happy to be a part of it.
