Jaipur Spice

Our place is at C-296 on Janpath Road. It is right in the middle of Nirman Nagar in Jaipur. The zip code is 302019 if you are looking on a map. We have been here at Jaipur Spice for some time now. The street outside stays busy most of the day with cars and bikes going past. We don't have a fancy team of managers or anything. It is just the guys in the back and a few of us out front. We spend a lot of time grinding spices and getting things ready before the doors open. You can usually smell what we are cooking from the sidewalk. Nirman Nagar is a good neighborhood with a lot of regular people living here. We know many of them by name because they come in so often. It is not like the big tourist places in the center of the city. We are just a local spot on Janpath Road. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. That is how it goes when you run a small business. We just keep the floors swept and the tables wiped down. There is always something to do, whether it is fixing a light or checking the stock. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just show up and do the work every day. It's just what we do to keep things moving along for everyone.
