Jaipur Grill

We are tucked away inside the Hotel Sarovar Portico on Prince Road. If you know where Plot No-90 is in Vaishali Nagar, then you know where we are. This part of Jaipur, Bhan Nagar - B, is usually quite busy with people moving around Queens Road. We spend most of our time in the kitchen over at Jaipur Grill. It gets hot back there, especially when we have everything going at once. We aren't trying to be some high-end place that you see in magazines. We just serve food to the people who stay at the hotel and the locals who live around Vaishali Nagar. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and we have to move fast. It is a lot of work. You can see the traffic out on Prince Road through the windows. The staff here has been together for a bit and we just know how things work. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, get the grills ready, and start the day. Most nights it is pretty loud with the sound of plates and people talking. When the shift ends, we just clean up and get ready for the next morning. It is a steady life here in the 302021 area. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It is nice to have regulars who just want a simple meal without any fuss or fancy talk.
