Italian Kitchen

Italian Kitchen is found on the first floor of Evershine Tower. We are right at Amrapali Circle in Vaishali Nagar, which is a really popular part of Jaipur for eating out. You have to come up the stairs to find us. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time, boiling pasta and getting pizzas into the oven. It is not a huge place, so it can feel a bit cramped when the dinner rush starts around eight o'clock. We have been here for a while now, and a lot of the people who come in are regulars from the nearby apartments. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just put on our aprons and start cooking every afternoon. The view from the window looks out over the circle, and you can see people walking around or sitting in the park across the street. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the music and the clatter of plates, but that is just a normal night for us. Our staff is mostly local guys who have learned how to make these dishes over the years. We just try to keep the ingredients fresh and the service steady. It is a straightforward little spot for anyone in Vaishali Nagar who wants a break from the usual local food. We just keep the ovens hot and try to keep up with the orders as they come.
