Garden Court Restaurant

You will find our restaurant tucked away inside the Mansingh Towers hotel on Sansar Chander Road. This part of Jaipur is always moving fast. There is a lot of traffic right outside our doors, but inside, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We serve the people staying in the hotel and also the folks who live nearby and want a meal. It is a regular job for us. We don't have a fancy way of talking about our food. We just cook what people like and try to get it to the table while it’s still hot. The kitchen is a bit small and it gets very warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. Our staff has been here for a good while, so we know how to work around each other without getting in the way. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend much time on decorations or trying to look like a high-end spot. We just want to make sure the chairs are comfortable and the place is clean. Sometimes we run out of things or the service is a little slow when it’s packed, but we are honest about it. It’s a real place run by real people who live here in the city. We just keep the routine going day after day, year after year, on Sansar Chander Road.
