Our place is located inside Hotel Shri Laxmi Palace on New Sanganer Road. Sodala is a busy part of Jaipur, and we are right in the middle of it. We've been here for a while, just doing our thing. The hotel is a landmark most people know around here. We start our day early, usually before the traffic on New Sanganer Road really picks up. It's a simple setup. We don't go in for anything too decorative. The walls are just walls and the chairs are for sitting. Being in Sodala means we see all sorts of people, from travelers staying at the hotel to locals who live nearby in the 302006 area. Jaipur gets hot, so being inside the building helps. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us making sure the kitchen is running. We know the neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past the hotel. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, but it’s just part of being in this area. We focus on the daily tasks, like checking the inventory and making sure the floors are swept. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up at the hotel every morning and get to work. It’s a regular job for a regular group of people. If you find yourself on New Sanganer Road, you’ll see the sign for the palace and we are right there in Sodala. It is just a normal Jaipur business.
