Bob Exports

Down in the Mansarovar Riico Industrial Area, things are always moving. We are at H-8, which is easy to find once you get past the main gate. Bob Exports isn’t a flashy place. It’s a warehouse and a small office where we spend most of our time dealing with boxes and shipping labels. There’s usually a truck parked out front getting loaded up. We started this because we knew a bit about how to get goods from one place to another. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the paperwork is right so things don’t get stuck at the port. The dust from the industrial area gets in everywhere, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the shipping schedules. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We are usually in old clothes because you’re bound to get some grease or ink on you by noon. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales pitch. We just take the orders, pack them up, and send them out. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s about it for how we run things here in Mansarovar. It is what it is.
