The Options Restaurant

You can find us at the Hotel Plaza in Jabalpur, right next to the Jayanti Complex in the Marhataal area. Being located inside a hotel means we get a mix of people staying there and locals who just want a meal. The address is 482001, right in the heart of the city's commercial district. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been operating this space for quite a while now. The kitchen is tucked away in the back, and it’s where most of the real work happens. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the tables are wiped down properly. Our cooks have their own way of doing things, and I don't interfere with them much as long as the customers are fed. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the hotel is full, but we make it work. We don't spend money on big signs or flyers because the location near Jayanti Complex does the work for us. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. Every day is a bit different depending on who is staying at the hotel, which keeps things interesting for us.
