Clock Tower Chinese Restaurant

Our restaurant is in Jabalpur, positioned right near the Omti Bridge. Most people recognize the Ghantaghar area because of the large clock tower nearby. This landmark makes it easy for folks to find where we are. We serve Chinese dishes in a very simple setting. That bridge stays busy with traffic all day long. Students and office workers are our main customers for lunch. The restaurant is not very big. A few tables and a hot kitchen are all we have. Jabalpur has its own way of doing things. We start the day early by chopping vegetables. Every time someone opens the door, the street noise pours in. Complicated recipes are not our style. We just make the food that people expect from a spot like this. Our walls have had the same paint for years. Decorations are not something we worry about. Sometimes the bells from the clock tower are loud enough to hear at the tables. We have watched the whole neighborhood change over the years. New shops come and go constantly. Staying near the bridge is what we do. Evenings get crowded when everyone is heading home from work. Orders need to get out fast during those hours. This is just a neighborhood restaurant. We do not try to be anything else. If you are near the Ghantaghar, our sign is easy to see. We just do our work day by day. Kitchen pans are always clanging.
