Dawat Veg Restaurant

So, we are over here in Napier Town, right inside Hotel Imperial. It’s on Model Road, which usually has a decent amount of traffic especially during the peak hours in Jabalpur. If you are coming from Shastri Bridge, you just have to look for Chandrika Tower, and we are quite close to that spot. To be honest, the restaurant isn't one of those fancy places you see on social media these days. It is just a plain vegetarian spot where we try to keep the food simple and clean. My staff and I have been here for a while now. Some mornings it’s really quiet and we just sit around getting the vegetables ready for the lunch rush. Then by 1 PM, it gets a bit loud with the clatter of plates and people talking over their meals. We don’t really do anything special with the decor, just the usual tables and chairs that have been around for years. The windows look out onto the street, so you can watch the bikes go by while you eat. It gets a bit dusty outside because of the road work that never seems to end, but inside it’s okay. We just serve the kind of food we eat at home, nothing too greasy or complicated. People come here because it’s convenient if they are staying in the hotel or working in the offices nearby in Napier Town. We just do our work and go home.
