You can find us right on the main road in Ranjhi, directly across from the Jain Mandir. It is a busy part of Jabalpur and we like being in the middle of all that activity. We call it a multicuisine restaurant because we make a bit of everything. People around here have different tastes, so we try to have something for everyone. The kitchen is always busy and it gets quite warm back there. We are just local people running a local business. We don’t have any fancy training from big schools. We just learned by doing it every day. The tables are simple and we don’t use any expensive tablecloths or anything. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we sweep it often. We get a lot of families who come in after visiting the temple across the street. It gets crowded on Sundays, so you might have to wait a little for a seat. We don’t have a computer for billing, we just write it out on paper. It works fine for us. We’ve lived in Jabalpur our whole lives and this restaurant is our way of staying connected to the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the best. We just want to serve food and keep the place going. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the long hours by now.
