Anushree Restaurant

We are located on the second floor of the Jabalpur Club Complex, right near the Naudra Bridge. It’s part of Hotel Anushree, so we get a lot of people who are traveling for work or visiting family in Jabalpur. Being on the second floor means we are a little bit away from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the traffic from Naudra Bridge if the windows are open. The club complex is a busy place, and there’s always something going on downstairs. We usually spend our mornings getting the dining room ready and checking the stock in the pantry. It’s a routine we’ve had for a long time now. The staff here isn't trained in some corporate headquarters; we just learned by doing the work every day. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy descriptions. It’s a restaurant where you can sit down, have a meal, and not worry about anything else. Some days the elevator in the complex acts up, or the deliveries are late, but we just handle it as it comes. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to the club complex for years, and we know exactly what they like to order. It’s a comfortable, familiar place for us to work. We focus on the basics like keeping the kitchen clean and making sure people aren't waiting too long for their food. (257 words)
