Rasoi Haandi Restaurant

Started the stove early today like always. We've been here in Wright Town for a bit now, right at Russel Chowk. If you know Jabalpur, you know this spot gets busy. Hotel Utsav is just nearby, so we see a lot of people walking past our doors every day. Rasoi Haandi Restaurant isn't anything fancy or loud. It’s just us working in the kitchen, making sure the food is ready when the lunch rush starts. Some days the weather is too hot and the fans just move the warm air around, but we keep going. People ask where we are and we just say look for the sign near the hotel. It's a simple setup. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and checking the stock. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Our spot here in Jabalpur feels like part of the neighborhood now. We don't have a big team, just enough of us to keep things moving. We use the haandis because that's how we've always done it. It takes more time but it feels right. You can find us easily if you are around the chowk. We usually keep the doors open to let some air in, and you can hear the sounds of the street while you sit. It’s just a regular place for regular food and hard work.
