Pangat Restaurant

If you ever find yourself near Russel Chowk in Jabalpur, you might see us at Pangat Restaurant. We are located inside Hotel Shikhar Palace in Napier Town. It’s a pretty central spot, so we get a lot of different people coming through. Some are staying at the hotel, while others just live in the neighborhood and want a meal. I’ve worked here for a while now, and the pace is usually steady. We don't go in for all those complicated decorations or trendy themes you see in some newer places. We just have our dining area set up and we try to keep it clean for everyone. Napier Town is a busy part of Jabalpur, and being near the chowk means there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the traffic is loud, but inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people eating and talking. We aren’t trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just want to make sure that when someone sits down, they get their food without a lot of fuss. The kitchen team knows their way around the menu, and they just get on with it. It’s a practical setup. We’ve had families coming here for years, and now we see their kids grown up. That’s just the way it goes when you’ve been in one spot for a long time. It feels good to be part of the local scenery here.
