Being on the bypass means we see a lot of people traveling through. It’s a big, open area. We’ve been here for a while now, just keeping things running day by day. It’s not a polished corporate place. We have our quirks, like any local business. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. We don’t spend time writing long speeches about our values. We just make sure the tables are clean and the food is ready. Indore is a fast-growing city, and this part of the By Pass Road gets pretty busy. We see families, truck drivers, and people just heading home. It’s a good mix. Sometimes the dust from the road is a bit much, but we keep the place tidy. We don’t really do much on social media or anything. People just see the sign at Kelod Kartal Square and pull in. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we work, and we go home. That's the way it's always been for us here. If you're driving south on the bypass, you'll likely pass right by us. We stay open pretty late to catch the people traveling through the night and those looking for a quick stop.
