You can find us on Sawer Road, specifically on the MR 10 stretch in Indore. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right across from Aurobindo Hospital and not too far from Revati Hills. Being near a big hospital means we see a lot of families who are staying nearby or visiting patients. They usually look tired, so we try to get their food out fast without much noise. The MR 10 road is always busy with trucks and cars, so it’s a lot of dust and movement outside our doors. Inside, it’s just a simple restaurant with tables and chairs that have seen better days. We do our best to keep the place clean, though the floor needs a lot of scrubbing during the monsoon. Our staff is small, mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened. We don’t have a fancy menu with photos; it’s just a list of what we can cook well. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late evening if the lunch rush was bigger than we expected. It’s not a five-star dining experience, but it’s honest food for people passing through this part of Indore. Running a kitchen near a hospital makes you realize how important a warm meal can be for someone having a rough day. That’s just what we do here, and we keep the tea brewing all day long for anyone who needs it.
