Blue Ice Pub Disc & Restaurant

Our place is located in Orbit Mall on A B Road, up on the UG 34 level. We are tucked behind where the Tata Indicom office is in Vijay Nagar. It’s a lively part of Indore and being in the mall means there is always a lot of foot traffic. We have a mix of things going on here with the pub and the restaurant side. It can get quite loud, especially when the music is going, but that is what people expect when they come to a place like this. We spend a lot of time checking the sound system and making sure the lights are working. It’s a different kind of work than a regular restaurant. We have a younger crowd usually, people looking to blow off some steam after a long week. The staff has to be quick on their feet because things move fast here. We’ve had our share of broken glasses and spills, but we just clean it up and keep moving. It’s not always perfect but we try our best to keep the energy up. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just stumble upon us while they are at the mall or hear about us from friends. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes chaotic place, but it feels right for this part of town. We just keep the doors open and see who walks in. Every night is a bit different.
