Anandshree bhojnalya

Anandshree bhojnalya is right on the Ring Road in Sudama Nagar, Indore. Specifically, we are at D-1. It is a very busy road, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars going by outside. We run a bhojnalya, which means we focus on simple, everyday food for people. It is the kind of place where you can come in and eat like you are at home. We do not use any fancy tricks or expensive marketing. Most of the work happens early in the morning when we start the cooking for the day. The kitchen is small but we make it work for us. We see a lot of workers and people living nearby coming in for their daily meals. Sudama Nagar is a big area, so there is always someone new stopping by to see what we have. We keep the benches and tables clean as much as we can. It is hard work and the heat from the stove is constant throughout the day. We do not have a big corporate budget. We just put a sign out and people come in when they are hungry. Sometimes we run out of certain items before the day is over because it was busier than we thought it would be. That is just how it goes. We like being part of the daily routine for people in Indore. It is honest work.
