Bhagat Ji Restaurant

We’ve been running Bhagat Ji Restaurant for a while now, right here inside Hotel Bhagat Ji. If you know Chhoti Gwaltoli in Indore, you know it's always busy because of the Sarwate Bus Stand. People are always coming and going. We see a lot of travelers who just stepped off a bus and need something to eat before they head to their next stop. It’s a plain place, nothing fancy to look at. We just keep things moving and make sure there’s food ready. The kitchen stays pretty loud during the lunch hours. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few buses arrive at the same time, but we manage. Being near the bus stand means we don't really have a slow day. We start early in the morning and stay open until late at night. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how the routine goes. It's just a regular spot for people in Chhoti Gwaltoli to grab a meal. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the cooking and making sure everyone gets their plate on time. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the summers here in Indore, but that's just how it is. We are right there at the corner, so it's hard to miss us if you're walking from the station. It's just us.
