Amarnath Bhojanalay

Amarnath Bhojanalay is located at 12 D/S in the Shopping Complex on A.B. Road. It’s a very busy part of Vijay Nagar here in Indore. We are right opposite Shaniwar Darpan, which is how most people find us if they’re new to the area. I’ve been working here for a long time, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We focus on getting the meals ready for the lunch crowd. Indore is famous for its food, so there’s a lot of pressure to keep things decent, but we don't do anything too fancy. It’s just a bhojanalay, a place for a solid meal that fills you up. The shopping complex can get really crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out and about in Vijay Nagar. I usually spend my time making sure the seating is organized and that the kitchen is keeping up with the orders. It’s not a polished place with shiny floors; it’s more of a functional spot that sees a lot of use. The address 452010 is home to a lot of businesses, but we have our own little corner. Sometimes the sink acts up or we run out of a certain vegetable, but we just go to the market nearby and fix it. It's a very local way of running things, and I like it that way. I don't think we'll ever change how we do things, because this way works for us and the regulars.
