Apna Restaurant & Bar

We are set up at 75/1 on Nasia Road in the Chhoti Gwaltoli area of Indore. It’s a very central location, especially since we are so close to the Sarvate Bus Stand. Because of that, we get a whole mix of people. Some are just waiting for their next bus, and others are locals who have lived in 452001 for years. We have the restaurant side and then the bar as well. It’s a busy atmosphere most nights. The street outside is almost never quiet. We don't have any polished managers or fancy lighting systems. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the cleaning and making sure the drinks are cold. The staff here are just regular people from the area. We don't follow any corporate rules or special protocols. We just work the shifts and help the customers out. During the day it’s a bit slower, which gives us time to prep for the evening crowd. It can get quite loud when the bus stand is busy, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do promotions. People just know we are here on Nasia Road. It’s a practical place for a drink or a meal. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. That is basically how we operate every single day.
