Vadecome Restaurant

Our place is Vadecome Restaurant. We are down at G12 in the Metro Tower. It is right in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. The pin code is 452010. Vijay Nagar is a very lively part of the city, and Metro Tower is a pretty well-known landmark around here. We have been operating out of this ground floor unit for a while. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need. The lunch hour is usually when things get a bit chaotic, which is normal for any restaurant in this part of Indore. We don't really use any big corporate talk. We just tell people we are in the Metro Tower and they usually know where that is. The staff here is like a small family. We have our disagreements, and sometimes the orders get mixed up, but we fix it. It's just a local spot where people come when they are hungry. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy. Being in G12 means we see everyone walking into the building. It’s a good way to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day. The floor gets a bit slippery when it rains outside, so we have to be careful. It's just a normal restaurant trying to do a decent job for the folks in Vijay Nagar.
