The Deck

You can find us at Hotel Winway on R N T Road in Indore. We are specifically located at 164/1, which is right by Madhumilan Square. That square is always packed with traffic and people moving around. It’s a central part of the city, so it’s easy to get to. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change. The hotel itself is where we operate. It is a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, we just try to keep it clean. People come here because it's convenient. Being near Madhumilan Square helps. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Indore. We just want to be a place where people can come and not feel rushed. The staff here is mostly local folks. We talk to each other in a normal way, no corporate scripts or anything like that. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, but people don't seem to mind much. We just do the work that needs doing. Every morning we check the supplies and get ready for the day. It’s a regular job for us. We like the neighborhood. It feels alive. R N T Road is always humming with something going on. We are just one small part of it, and that suits us just fine. We keep the doors open and just take it one day at a time.
