Soni Sagar Cafe

Soni Sagar Cafe is sitting right at number 17 in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. If you know where Aarti Jewellers is, we are just right near them. Vijay Nagar is a pretty active part of the city these days, with lots of people coming through for shopping or work. We started this cafe because we wanted a place in 452010 where people could just stop in. It’s not a huge place, just enough tables for a decent crowd. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, maybe a bit too casual sometimes, but that’s how we like it. We aren’t trying to be one of those fancy high-end spots you see opening up in the malls. We just have our simple menu and we do our best to get the orders out fast. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. The staff are all local guys who live nearby. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. Word usually just travels by people talking to their friends. The street can get a bit messy when it rains, and parking is always a bit of a headache around Vijay Nagar, but we’re still here every day. It’s just a basic cafe where you can sit for a bit and then move on with your day. We like being part of the neighborhood.
