Singh Restaurant

Singh Restaurant has been here at F-4 in Scheme No 54 for a few years now. We are right on Sica School Road in Vijay Nagar, just across from Kasturi Sabaghar. It is a simple place where we serve regular food to anyone who walks in. My cousin and I run the front while two cooks handle the stove in the back. The area gets pretty crowded in the afternoons when school lets out, but we try to keep things moving fast. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like that. We just have basic tables and chairs where you can sit and have a meal. Most of our customers are people who live around Vijay Nagar or workers from the nearby shops. We keep the menu short so the food is always fresh. Sometimes the music is a bit loud if the radio is on, but mostly it is just the sound of people talking. If you're looking for us, we are right in front of the big hall. There is some space to park your scooter out front, though it gets tight in the evenings. We do our own cleaning and make sure the plates are washed well. It is just a local business trying to do things right every day. We don't have a big staff, so sometimes you might have to wait a minute, but we get to everyone eventually. We're just glad to be part of the neighborhood here in Indore and we hope to stay here for a long time.
