Shrishti Restaurant

Shrishti Restaurant is located at 1/2, LIG Square in Indore. We are right in the Vijay Nagar area, which is a place that never really seems to sleep. Indore is famous for its food, so there is always a lot of competition around us. We are in a spot where there are a lot of residential buildings, so we see many neighbors coming in for a meal when they don't feel like cooking at home. The restaurant is quite simple. We have basic tables and some fans that we try to keep running during the humid days. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy decorations or soft music. It’s mostly just the sound of people talking and the kitchen noise in the background. My uncle and I manage the daily stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to the vegetable vendors to make sure we get the right price. Sometimes the staff doesn't show up on time and we have to jump in and do everything ourselves. We don't have a website or any social media pages that we look at. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. It’s just a honest way to make a living in a busy city like Indore. We keep the doors open, keep the water jugs filled, and wait for the next customer. It is a lot of work every day.
