Sankalp Dining Hall

Sankalp Dining Hall is located in Indore at Sapphire Heights in Vijay Nagar. It is situated right across from C 21 Mall, which brings in a fair amount of people who are out shopping. The space is a simple hall with basic tables and chairs for eating. It is not fancy by any means. The street outside is usually full of traffic and finding a parking spot can be a real struggle during the busy evening hours. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, the floors get dirty fast. There is always some noise from the main road that you can hear inside. People usually come in, eat their meal, and then go on their way. Sometimes you will see friends sitting for a while longer if the place is not too full. The location is easy to find once you are on the main road in Vijay Nagar. We do not have a large sign but most locals know where we are. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the coolers running most of the time. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the area around the mall grow quite a bit. The staff are local people who know the regulars. It is just a normal place to get food without any unnecessary fuss. We do not do any advertising or promotions. (250 words)
