Ruchi Restaurant

Ruchi Restaurant is located at 58 Main Road in Hira Nagar, Indore. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the traffic go by on the main road. It’s a decent spot for a restaurant because there’s always someone passing by who’s looking for a meal. We aren’t trying to be the fanciest place in Indore. We just provide a space where you can sit down and have something to eat without spending too much money. The interior is pretty basic—just some tables and chairs and a counter where we take orders. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes things get a little chaotic when it’s busy. We mostly serve local dishes that people around here like. My cousin helps me out with the cooking, and we have a couple of guys who help with the cleaning. It’s a lot of work keeping a place going on the main road. The dust from the street is a constant battle, but we keep the place as clean as we can. We get all sorts of people coming in, from truck drivers to families living nearby. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the people who see us while they’re driving or walking past Hira Nagar. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just show up every morning and start cooking for whoever walks through the door.
