Mr Singhs

So we are over here in Vijay Nagar, right in Princess Residency Plaza at G1. It is a busy spot in Indore, especially being right across from the Reliance Fresh. People are always coming and going from the Bombay Hospital which is also quite close to us. We started Mr Singhs because we wanted to have a place in Scheme No 54 that felt like a normal neighborhood spot. It is definitely not some high-end lounge where you have to dress up or act fancy. We just have our small space and we spend most of our time there working. Sometimes the traffic and the noise from the street are a bit much, but that is just how things are in this part of Indore. We handle many different orders throughout the day. Some people just want a quick bite while they are out doing their shopping or visiting folks at the hospital. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get the work done. The kitchen stays very busy and the floors always need sweeping. It gets a bit loud when the crowd builds up in the evening after work hours. We have been around for a while now and the regulars know our names. We do not use any fancy machines, just regular pots and pans. If you are walking around the plaza, you will see our sign. It is a simple setup for people who want to eat.
