Indigo Restaurant

We are located inside the Infiniti Hotel on Ring Road in Indore. If you are looking for us, we are right across the street from Bombay Hospital in the Vijay Nagar area. It is a very busy intersection with a lot of cars, so there is always something happening right outside the windows. Being part of the hotel, we see a real mix of travelers who are staying upstairs and local people who just come in because they like the food. The restaurant has a very straightforward layout with regular tables and chairs. We don't have a lot of fancy frills or unnecessary decorations. The kitchen staff starts their shift quite early to get all the vegetables chopped and the prep work done for the day. You can always hear the clinking of plates and the sound of the big dishwasher going in the back room. We try our best to keep everything organized, but during the heavy dinner rush, things can get a little bit chaotic, which is pretty normal for any busy restaurant. The view out the front window is mostly the traffic moving on Ring Road and people heading in and out of the hospital. We have put some green plants near the entrance just to make the place look a little bit more welcoming. The staff here has been working together for a long time now, so we all know how to move around each other without causing any trouble. It’s just our daily life.
