Wax Engineering Concern

No. 8, Kantapukur Lane is where we have our shop. It is in the Kadamtala area. The lane is quite narrow and it can be a real struggle to get a large vehicle in or out of here. Wax Engineering Concern has been in this same spot for a long time. It is a small place and it definitely feels like an old-school workshop. We have a few machines that have been with us since we started. They are reliable even if they don't look like much. We don't have an office staff or anyone to answer the phones, so we just pick up when we can hear it over the noise of the drills. The floor is made of concrete and it has plenty of oil stains from over the years. We do all sorts of engineering jobs that the local people bring to us. It is often dark inside because the lane doesn't get much sun, but we have some bright lights over the workbenches. We aren't interested in being a big company. We just like doing our work and staying in our own neighborhood. Most of our neighbors know us by name and stop by for a chat every now and then. We drink tea and keep the machines running. It is a simple way of doing things and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just focus on the task in front of us and hope for the best.
