Our place is at 96/1/Arabindra Sarani in Liluah, right near Rabindra Sarani. It’s an industrial sort of area, so you’ll hear the sound of metal and machinery pretty much all day long. The office itself is attached to where the actual work happens. It’s often a bit dusty, and there is always a smell of oil or grease in the air, which is just part of being in the engineering business. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll probably just find one of us with rolled-up sleeves heading out to check on a machine. We’ve been in Liluah for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change, though the noise remains the same. The desks are covered in blueprints and spare parts that someone forgot to put away. It’s not the kind of place where you worry about getting your shoes dirty. We spend our time figuring out how to fix things or making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It’s practical, hands-on work that doesn't leave much time for sitting around. When things go wrong with a piece of equipment, the whole day changes, and we all have to pitch in to get it sorted. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy front desk. We just have our tools, our workstations, and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down and the gate is locked.
