Sharma Engineering Works

Sharma Engineering Works is tucked away at No.11/8, Musalman Para Lane. We are in the Bantra area, right near the bus stop. Having the bus stop so close is actually quite handy for everyone. Musalman Para Lane is one of those narrow streets where everyone knows each other. It can get a bit tight when a big vehicle tries to come through, but we make it work. Our engineering shop is a place where there is always the sound of metal and tools clanking. We have been at this No.11/8 spot for a long time. It is a small space, but we have managed to fit all our machinery inside. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or to ask for a small fix on something. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us because they live nearby or they see us when they are waiting for their bus. Bantra is a busy, working-class part of town and we fit in just fine here. We just get on with the jobs we have and keep the atmosphere relaxed. It is just us and our machines, doing what we know how to do in this little corner of the lane. Sometimes the noise gets a bit much, but we've gotten used to it after all these years.
