Master Engineering Enterprise

We’ve been here at 17, M.L.B Road for a good while now. It’s a busy spot in Bally, right in the Howrah district. Most days it’s just us working through piles of metal and machine parts. The shop isn't much to look at, mostly just the smell of iron and the sound of tools hitting workbenches. We started Master Engineering Enterprise because this is what we know how to do. There is always grease on someone's hands and the floor usually has some metal shavings tucked in the corners. It gets very hot during the summer months, especially with the machines running all day long. We don't have any big corporate reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the back working on a lathe or checking some specs on a piece of equipment. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's a simple operation really. We just take the work as it comes and try to make sure things fit right before they go out the door. Neighbors around here know us by name, and we mostly just stick to our own tasks. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the families fed. We’re just local people trying to do a decent day's job without too much fuss or complicated talk. We just want to get the engineering right.
