Larsen & Toubro

Larsen & Toubro operates out of Bally Durgapur in the Howrah district of West Bengal. Our address is right there in the Durgapur post office area, under the 711205 pin code. It is a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from in West Bengal. The area feels very much like a typical town where everyone has their own daily routine. You see the post office nearby and people coming and going with their mail and packages. It is not a flashy industrial park or a high-rise city center. It is just a regular building in a neighborhood where things move at their own pace. We have been set up here for some time now. The humidity in West Bengal can be a bit much during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our work. We are not trying to impress anyone with big signs or anything fancy. It is just a functional space where we handle our daily business. People around Bally Durgapur are mostly local folks. The streets can be narrow in some spots, and you really have to watch out for the rickshaws when you are walking around. It is a very grounded place to work. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and then head home. The Howrah district has a lot of history, and we are just tucked away in one corner of it, doing our thing day after day without much fuss.
