Our place is located right in Bangalpur, over in the Howrah district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s home base. Being out here in the village means things are a little quieter than the city, but we still stay busy. We’ve got our operations set up near the post office, which is handy for mail and everything else. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy. We mostly focus on getting the work done day by day. Everyone knows everyone around here, so it feels like a small community. We don't really have a big corporate feel. It's more about the people who work here and the tasks we have in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we can keep our files and meet up before heading out. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and don't see that changing. It’s where we feel settled. Life in the village is different from the big town, and we like that pace. It allows us to focus on the details without too many distractions. Most of the guys live nearby, so we’re a local bunch through and through. We just get on with it without any drama. It’s just how things are done here.
