Our setup is based in Bhabanandapur, which is near Paniarah in the Howrah district of West Bengal. We are located at 113, and we work out of Iliash Ali Mollah’s place. This part of the country is very different from the big city centers. It is much more rural and quiet, which we actually prefer for the most part. We handle things for the company from here, mostly focusing on the local needs and making sure the site work stays on track. The pin code is 711302 if you are trying to find us. It is a very simple office with just the basic furniture and files we need to do our daily tasks. The humidity here can be really tough during the summer months, so we go through a lot of water and tea. We spend a lot of time talking to the local people in the village and keeping things organized. We do not have any of those modern office perks like fancy coffee machines or big meeting rooms. It is just a functional space where we get the paperwork done and manage the logistics for the area. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit difficult after a heavy rain, but we still manage to get in every day. We have been at this Paniarah address for a while and it feels like home to the staff now.
