Guchaite Engineering Works

Our workshop, Guchaite Engineering Works, is located in the Balitikuri Naskarpara area, specifically over by Sasthitala. It isn't one of those shiny, modern factories you see in industrial parks. It’s a local shop where the floor is usually covered in metal shavings and the air smells like oil and welding. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and most of the people around Sasthitala know who we are. It’s a noisy place because there is always a machine running or someone hammering away at something. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find us in our work clothes, busy with whatever job is on the bench that day. The building is just a basic structure that keeps our tools dry. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't spend much time on paperwork or meetings. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and get to it. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy with raw materials and old parts, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they need something made. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. We like being part of the local scene here in Balitikuri. There’s no pretense about what we do. We are just an engineering shop doing our daily work. We focus on the metal and the machines.
