B.T.S. Engineering Co. is located in North Shanpur, over in the Dasnagar area. If you know the Shibodurga Bathtala Barowari landmark, we are right there at M.K. Kuthir. It is an old-school industrial neighborhood, and our shop fits right in with the surroundings. We have been working with machines and metal for a long time now. The workshop can get pretty dusty and loud when the lathes are running, but that is just how engineering shops are supposed to be. We handle various mechanical jobs, mostly for other local businesses around Dasnagar. There isn't a big fancy sign outside our door, just the sound of work going on inside. Our team is quite small, mostly guys from the neighborhood who have been doing this kind of thing for years. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just pick up the phone and talk to people when they call. Sometimes a job takes a bit longer than we first thought because an old machine part is hard to find or fix, but we always figure it out eventually. It is honest work and we enjoy it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city or anything. We just want to do a good job for the people who come to us with their problems. You can usually find someone here from early morning. The floors are concrete and there is always a bit of grease on the tools, which shows we are actually working. It is a simple life.
