Lvgs Jnanagurukula International School & Pu College

We are situated out on Plot No-407 in the KIADB Industrial Area in Hassan. It might seem like an odd place for a school and PU college, being surrounded by industrial plots, but it is actually quite quiet once you are inside the gates. We have a fair amount of space here compared to schools in the middle of the city. The building is functional, designed to handle both the younger students and the older ones doing their pre-university courses. Karnataka summers can get very warm, but the classrooms are built to stay relatively cool. We spend a lot of time organizing the daily schedules because managing Lvgs Jnanagurukula International School & Pu College in one spot takes some doing. You will see students of all ages walking around the grounds during the lunch break. The staff room is usually a mess of papers and half-finished tea cups, which is just how it goes when we are busy. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to polish our image for the public. What you see is what you get—a place for education right in the heart of the industrial zone. Most of our students come from the surrounding areas of Hassan, arriving by bus or being dropped off by their parents. It is a long day for everyone, but we have built a steady routine over time. We focus on the books and the exams, keeping things grounded and practical for the young people here.
