Harward School Of Excellence

People in Vidya Nagar know where we are. It’s been quite a few years since Harward School Of Excellence started here in Hassan. If you walk by in the morning, you’ll hear the kids shouting and the bell ringing for assembly. It gets pretty loud, but that’s just how it is with a school full of students. We’ve got the usual classrooms and a bit of space for them to play during the breaks. The teachers here are mostly locals who’ve been with us a long time. They know the families around Hassan pretty well. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but the kids still show up with their bags and water bottles. We try to keep things organized, though there's always a bit of chaos when lunch starts. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular school where we focus on getting through the books and making sure everyone behaves. Most of our days are spent checking notebooks and making sure the classrooms stay relatively clean. Parents drop their kids off early, and we see them again at the gate in the evening. There’s a lot of talking in the staff room about the upcoming exams or just what’s happening in town. We’ve seen a lot of batches pass through these doors over the years. Some of those kids are grown up now, which feels a bit strange to think about. That’s basically us here in Hassan. We just keep going day by day.
