Nauhai Farmer Producer Company Limited

This group of ours is based in Nauhai, which is a part of the Rath area. We ended up setting everything up at Tej Pratap’s place in the village. It is a very small, rural setup where every neighbor knows exactly what everyone else is doing. We are officially a producer company, but in reality, we are just a bunch of neighbors who grow crops and wanted to cooperate. The main reason we even bothered to start this was to have a formal name for our collective efforts. In a village like Nauhai, farming is basically what everyone does for a living. There isn't much else to do around here. We grow the usual crops that seem to work well in this local dirt. It involves a lot of sweat and constantly watching the clouds to see if rain is coming. The office isn't much to look at, just a simple place to sit down and figure out who is taking what load to the market each week. We don't have any big bosses or managers telling people what to do. Everyone just does their part like they always have. Some days are very long, especially when the harvest hits all at once and everyone is busy. We share what we know about the land and try to help the younger guys who are just starting their own farms. It is a simple way of life. We don't care much for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just want our crops to grow well.
