Parasharkisan Samridhi Producer Company Limited is based in Vill Lalyar. You can find us at Anant Ram’s place near the Bagwaratehsil area in Hamirpur. This part of the country has a lot of small farms, and life moves at its own pace. We are just a group of local people who decided to team up. It's better than trying to do everything alone. Lalyar is a small village, so everyone knows everyone. We spend our mornings in the fields and then maybe meet up to talk about the company business in the afternoon. Hamirpur weather can be tough on the crops sometimes. We wanted to make sure that the kisan around here have a way to grow their prosperity. It isn't a fancy setup with big signs or anything. Just a practical way for us to manage our farming. Anant Ram has been here a long time, so his house is a good central spot for the company. We don't use big words or have meetings in boardrooms. We just sit together and figure out what seeds we need or where the harvest is going. It's about being neighbors first. Tauni is the main area nearby, but our heart is right here in the village. We just keep things moving forward one day at a time. The local community is what keeps us going through the busy times.
