Maudaha Onion Producer Company Limited

Our group is based in Kunethta, which is a village near Maudaha. We run things out of Ajay Beer Singh’s place. If you live around here, you probably know the spot. Most of us here are onion farmers. Growing onions is tricky because they can rot if you don’t watch them closely, and the market prices go up and down like crazy. We started this producer company because we were tired of seeing our hard work go to waste when we couldn't find a buyer at the right time. We are just regular people from the village. There’s no corporate polish here. Our office is just a room with a few wooden chairs and some fans. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and how the crop is looking in different parts of the village. During the harvest, everything is busy and the smell of onions is in the air for miles. We try to organize the transport and the storage together so nobody gets left behind. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a sudden storm. We just take it as it comes. We aren't experts in business, but we know our onions and we know our neighbors. We’re just trying to get a fair deal for the work we do in the sun every day and make sure the onions reach the market.
