Yumz World Cuisine Restaurant

We are based in Sector 43 at number 41495. Yumz World Cuisine Restaurant is a bit of a local spot where the kitchen is almost always running. The name makes it sound quite grand, but in reality, we are just a group of people trying to get plates out on time. The dining area has some mismatched chairs and the menus have a few stains on them because they get used so much. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from taking orders to helping out with the cleaning. Sector 43 is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of families and people who don’t feel like cooking at home. The smell of different spices usually hangs in the air, which is something we don’t even notice anymore. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of a specific ingredient right when we need it, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a loud and often messy environment, especially during the dinner rush when the phone is ringing for deliveries. We don't have a fancy website or any big marketing plans. We just focus on the food and making sure the tables are wiped down for the next person. It’s a tough way to make a living, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that we’ve grown to like.
