Our place is out in Noorgarh, Gurgaon, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city. We have our setup here in Haryana 122504. It is a different vibe than the big glass buildings you see in the center of Gurgaon. Out here, things are a bit slower but the work is still hard. We deal with a lot of the food business operations. Most of the day is spent checking on supplies and talking to the people who run the outlets. The office is functional, nothing too special to look at. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a lot of empty crates sometimes. The air is a bit clearer out in Noorgarh, but the dust still gets everywhere. We eat our lunch together and talk about how the week is going. It takes a lot of coordination to keep everything moving. We have people coming in and out all the time for meetings or to drop off papers. It is a lot of logistics and making sure the fridge temperatures are right and the stock is full. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a steady life and we are glad to be part of the local economy here. Sometimes the power cuts happen and we have to use the backup but we manage just fine.
