Chef Kaul

Chef Kaul is located over in DLF City Phase IV. If you spend any time in Gurgaon, you know how busy 122002 can get with all the offices and people moving around. We are situated quite close to Vipul Square, which is a pretty well-known building in this part of Phase IV. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking, but once you know where we are, it’s simple enough. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves in the local area. It is just a small operation, nothing too corporate or over the top. We spend most of our time in the back making sure things are prepared correctly. The area around Vipul Square always has cars and people rushing to work, so it feels very energetic. We try to keep things grounded here. It is a humble setup, just a kitchen and some space for us to work. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for a bit now and have seen the buildings go up around us. It gets a little dusty sometimes with all the construction, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big marketing plan. People usually just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign when they are walking through DLF City Phase IV. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the place running without much fuss.
