Star Dining is located in a small place called Vpo Dholera, which is part of the Narnaul tehsil. We are way out in the Mohinder Garh district of Haryana. The pin code is 123023, though some people add an extra digit by mistake. It is a very local spot, surrounded by the usual village life and fields. We don’t have a big fancy restaurant building; it is more of a practical setup for the business we run. Running a dining company in a place like this means you know everyone around you. We spend a lot of time making sure the food is handled right and that the kitchen is kept clean. It is hard work and the days are long, starting early in the morning. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything. People just know us from word of mouth in the village and the nearby towns.
